PRISM PRIDE

Each participant is allowed to purchase up to 10 tickets per account.
Upon completion of the ticket purchase, you will receive an E-Ticket (QR Code) via an e-mail to enter on event day.
Tickets are available for purchase only on the website https://www.eventpop.me/s/prism-pride
*Purchases from other channels will not be accepted by the company under any circumstances.
Payment methods accepted include Credit / Debit card, QR Promptpay, K Plus and Alipay.
Unauthorized resale or distribution of tickets for advertising or publicity purposes is considered a legal violation.
The organizers do not permit the use of tickets for commercial purposes, promotions, such as discounts, exchanges, giveaways, or additions, unless approved by the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to change conditions without prior notice.
In the case of lost tickets, the company reserves the right to issue new tickets in all circumstances.

Remark:

The ticket price includes VAT 7% but excludes other fees.
After purchasing the ticket, cancellations, edits, or refunds are not permitted. (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable)
The team is not responsible for tickets bought from individuals or other channels.

**Important: Do not share your E-Ticket (QR Code) / Reference on social media or with others, as it contains personal information for which the organizers are not responsible.

Event Entry Conditions and Rules

Participants must be at least 20 years old.
Thai participants should present their actual national ID card or an official government-issued card with a clear name, surname and photo.
International participants are required to bring their passports, and a copy of the document is acceptable.
Re-entry is not allowed once participants have entered the event. (No Re-entry)
Prohibited items include drugs, weapons, sharp objects, or anything that may cause a fire within the event.
Photographs, both still and moving, of attendees and the event atmosphere may be taken for advertising and promotional purposes through various channels within the event.
In case a wristband was damaged, a participant can bring a damaged one or show an E-Ticket (QR Code) to re-issue a new one. (There is a re-issue fee of 300 THB)

Transfer E-Ticket to others via the system

Customers can transfer E-Ticket (QR Code) to others via the system. The system will be closed 48 hrs. before the event starts. (How to transfer E-Ticket)
